Normal interview.

There was one phone round, followed by two in-person interviews.

The first two interviews were purely technical, and the rest were HR (which was horrible).

The technical interview was good. It's another matter that they did not place me on the project for which I was interviewing.

Pros: Onboarding was smooth. The project is really great to learn.

Cons: I have recently joined Capgemini as a lateral hire, and I see that they are providing desktops for work from home. I requested a laptop, but they suggested that they wouldn't be giving one out because they are out of stock. I really find this reason irrelevant. I will be giving 5 stars so that they can read this and improve their asset management.
