I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Capgemini (Pune).

Interview

It was very unmanaged and unorganized. They had 3 rounds:

• First, I had to wait for 5 hours to complete the first round.
• Then, I was asked to wait. After one hour, I received feedback that I had not cleared the first round.
• I later saw the interview panel was about to leave, and some people were being told they had not cleared the first round.

It seemed they just wanted to leave early and rejected people's applications. Very frustrating and unprofessional.

The questions are very basic, mainly focused on core Java.
