Process
The whole process had two technical rounds. The questions were based on Python basics, two coding questions, Linux, SQL, and text scenarios. There was then a managerial round with general work-related questions and no technical aspects. Finally, there was an HR discussion where we agreed on X amount of CTC. I then waited for more than a week. When I called, they told me they had hired a candidate who was ready to work for X-2 CTC. I mean, we agreed on this amount. This was a total waste of time.
This whole process took more than three weeks.
