Pros: You can learn your interested technologies if you are a fresher, because you will be on the bench for 3–4 months.
Capgemini is a brand, so by working here you will get good exposure to new technologies.
If your luck is good, you will be in a good technology during training and on a project.
Cons: Don't expect any hike here; just learn things and switch to another organization.
Don't expect for raises because they can change their policies anytime to save money and show it as profits to clients.
