Cons: Salary low compared to other companies.
If you want recognition, you have to spam your manager yourself with your successes.
You have to be lucky with your team (team spirit varies enormously across the company).
Junior assignments can be boring and not match your profile (they can also be super interesting).
Trainings are often done in the evening (depending on your team/assignment you can also do them during working hours).
