The aptitude test was very hard as a fresher. After graduating, I was not expecting that kind of test; I was hoping for an easy exam. But that was a great learning experience for me.

Don't trust these people!

Software Developer • Former Employee

Pros: Nothing to say as pros.

Cons: I got an offer from Capgemini, and they forced me to resign my current job due to a BGV policy. I did that. Then, they postponed my start date twice. Just five days before the new joining date, they informed me that the position was canceled and they could not hire me because of COVID-19. Simply put, they took my job and didn't hire me, destroying my career and life. I tried to reach out to managers, but they never responded. That's a shame for a multi-billion company with thousands of employees!
