Process
The interview process began with a telephone screening that included standard HR questions and a language skills check. This was followed by a personal interview. The interviewers were very nice; they shared information about the company and its projects. Afterward, I was asked several technical questions, which were quite easy but required familiarity with basic UML diagrams, and a few personal questions.
