My roommate attended an interview process that had four rounds:
- Qualification round (16 aptitude, 16 logical reasoning, 1 essay (200-240 words))
- Sudo code test (20 questions based on recursive functions, data structures, code snippets, etc.)
- Technical interview
- HR round

- Using abstract functions and abstract classes, write a sorting algorithm.
- C, C++, Java: Difference.
- Interface and inheritance: Difference.

Pros: It's a relatively new organization, but looking at its growth rate in such a short span, one can say it will be good to work with.
Cons: I can't really say much on this one. I am sure it needs some more improvement on the recruiting front. Keep going.

Pros: It's a good company to work for. I joined as a fresher and was lucky enough to get trained in Java FullStack development. The training offered for 3 months for the above profile is of immense knowledge and will give a kick-start to your career. Good work-life balance.
Cons: The long bench period is the only drawback that I have experienced, and nothing else apart from this.
