Very long and tidy. The technical people were not able to complete the interviews of all the students, so they shortlisted from the first comers. All the applicants were very frustrated. This is more the fault of the technical people than the company.

Pros: Work-life balance is simply great at Capgemini. The learning experience and work opportunities here have been beyond anything I could ever fathom, and I enjoy working for this company as well as with the people here.
Cons: The pay, as well as the hikes provided, are somewhat lower than expected.

Pros: It's a good company to work for. I joined as a fresher and was lucky enough to get trained in Java FullStack development. The training offered for 3 months for the above profile is of immense knowledge and will give a kick-start to your career. Good work-life balance.
Cons: The long bench period is the only drawback that I have experienced, and nothing else apart from this.
