Pros: Capgemini has time flexibility and is better for management-related professionals.

Cons: The company doesn't invest in classroom training for freshers, mostly. The reason is that it provides classroom training to freshers hired from colleges, but for off-campus hires, there is no training. Generally, every big company gives training to freshers when they are hired. The company is full of technical support projects where the technical learning scope is very limited, and the work culture is hectic. NO/YES for relocation charge: This company rarely provides relocation reimbursement if an employee comes to the bench and is asked to relocate to another company location. For freshers, either off-campus or campus-hired, there is no relocation reimbursement system at Capgemini. There is a fresher promotion policy that is fixed for the first 3 years (B.Sc, BCA) graduates and 2 years for engineering personnel. The hike is constant irrespective of performance. For experienced people, the annual hike is 3-4% based on performance. There is no separate benefit (monetary) apart from the package defined in the offer.

Pros: Global Presence and Diversity: Capgemini operates in over 50 countries, providing opportunities to work in diverse environments and on international projects. The company values diversity and inclusion, fostering a multicultural workplace. Career Growth and Development: Offers robust training programs and professional development opportunities, including certifications and continuous learning. Employees can move across different roles, projects, and even countries, which helps in gaining varied experiences. Innovative Projects: Involvement in cutting-edge technologies and digital transformation projects for a range of industries. Opportunity to work with high-profile clients and on impactful projects. Work-Life Balance: Generally promotes a good work-life balance, with flexible working arrangements available in many locations. Offers various employee wellness programs and initiatives. Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR): Strong commitment to CSR, including sustainability initiatives and community engagement programs. Employees can participate in volunteer activities and contribute to social causes.

Cons: Work Pressure and Long Hours: Depending on the project and role, employees might experience high workloads and long working hours. Consulting roles, in particular, can be demanding with tight deadlines and extensive travel. Compensation and Benefits: Some employees feel that the salary and benefits package could be more competitive compared to industry peers. Pay raises and promotions can sometimes be slower, depending on performance and company policies. Bureaucracy and Red Tape: Being a large organization, decision-making processes can be slow, with multiple layers of approval required. It can sometimes be difficult to implement changes or innovative ideas quickly. Job Stability: Like many large consulting firms, Capgemini can be project-driven, leading to potential job stability issues when projects end or business conditions change. In some regions, there have been reports of frequent organizational changes and restructuring. Resource Allocation: Employees might sometimes feel they are not allocated to projects that match their skills and career aspirations. Resource management and bench periods (times when employees are between projects) can be challenging for career growth and job satisfaction.

Pros: Nice greenery, good events, wonderful TGIM.

Cons: Nothing as such of now.
