Process

I applied via a campus drive.

The interview process took one day.

They officially announced the results the next day.

The interview took place in three phases:

  • Online aptitude
  • Technical
  • HR

Online aptitude was for 80 minutes.

Technical was one-to-one and took about 20 minutes per person.

HR was for another 10 minutes.

Questions

The online aptitude test had three parts: quantitative analysis, logical reasoning, and English writing (essay).

I found the quantitative analysis to be a bit tricky, but logical reasoning was easy. The essay writing had a word limit of 345 words.

Quants questions covered topics like shares, ratios, percentages, and so on. Logical reasoning questions related to blood relations, general reasoning, and more. There was also a flowchart question in logical reasoning where we had to analyze the flowchart and then answer the given questions. It was not related to programming.

As I am from a non-IT background, the technical questions were quite simple for me. They asked about my summer internship (what I learned there, etc.) and the basics of Java and C. They also asked some HR questions, such as where I see myself in the next few years and why they should hire me.

The HR round was quite simple. They asked questions from my resume, regarding my hobbies, and so on.
