Salary will be credited at the end of the month.
If you didn't get the project, they'll give a 4 or 5 rating. If you get a 4 rating, they'll put you in PIP. If you fail in that, you have to resign. If you get a 5 rating, you'll be notified that you have to resign forcibly, even though they are not able to give you the project. This is how the RMG team will work.
