It was not easy and was quite competitive.
Initially, there was a group exam based on math and codes. If selected, there was a technical and an analytical assessment. After those, a final HR round was conducted. An offer to join was extended after a whole month.

Pros: They have a friendly work environment where no one needs to be addressed as "Sir" or "Ma'am."
Cons: Salary is too low, there's a hidden clause, and there's a lot of management politics.

Pros: Flexibility in terms of time. Internship compensation quite a bit better than the majority of competitors (ESN).
Cons: Application processing time, lack of visibility on the project and the stack before access, lack of interactivity on the HR side, random assignment not based on level and specialty, dominance of maintenance contracts (TMA) with very old stacks and technologies, plus micro-tasks.
