Capgemini is not conducting interviews directly. Instead, they use people from Soniyo Management Consultants. They are not forwarding my resume. I have been waiting for 4 hours and asked one lady from Soniyo Consulting three times. She said she would send my resume to the panelist, but at last, she put my resume on the rejected list. I got frustrated, and people from Soniyo Consultant insulted me. Capgemini is not conducting interviews. Please do not go for an interview if you apply to Capgemini.
Questions
Waste of time. Only Sony consultants. People are selecting you. If you are not even selected, they move to the selected pool.
