Face-to-face interview in Chicago, IL. It was very easy, with just behavioral questions and a discussion on my resume.
Both interviewers liked my interview. However, instead of a full-time position, they offered an internship, which turned out to be a very poor experience.

Pros: Work-life balance.
Great coworkers.
Office is nice.
Free soda/coffee at the office.
Pay is good.
Cons: The training program is incredibly inefficient.
You will be trained for multiple different disciplines that you may never even use.
We were in a 2-month training program that changed course multiple times and turned into 6 months.
While you are training and "on the bench" waiting to be assigned to a client, there is not much you can do.
If they determine there are no clients they can put you on, you will be laid off eventually with little warning.
