The interview process consisted of three rounds:
- Online test through Cocubes
- Group discussion
- Technical and final HR
On the first day, the online test and group discussion took place. I successfully cleared both rounds.
By the next day, the technical round was ongoing. I attended the round, but was ultimately not selected.

Pros: Can learn new skills quickly. There is a lot of pressure as it is outsourcing. There is a lot of politics. Need to improve HR coordination.
Cons: HR coordination is bad. They need to learn to communicate with employees. I was really upset by the way a few things were conducted by HR.
