There were two technical rounds and one HR round.
The technical rounds were quite professional. However, the HR representative needs training in professionalism.
When discussing salary and negotiating, candidates are generally amenable. However, these discussions should ideally be concluded within one or two days.
Calling the candidate every other day to negotiate until the predetermined pay mark is not at all appreciable. The HR representative is the company's frontline representative. Please respect that position.
