I submitted my application and quickly received an invitation for an on-location interview.

The first interview focused on my skills, experience, and personality.

Following that, I was invited to take a six-hour philosophical examination, which included Rorschach tests, general knowledge questions, and personality assessments.

After the exam, I had a final meeting where a contract was offered after a brief discussion.

All questions were bread-and-butter ones – anything you usually hear in an interview, really.

No curveballs or difficult questions (I was surprised about the lack of programming tests, though...).
