Pros: Capgemini is the giant where you can work with ease. They provide all sorts of facilities to their employees, from cab services to health-beneficial services. You find yourself at a good place when you work here. In terms of salary, Capgemini gives good hikes to their employees (on average). Capgemini has global leaders as their clients, so there is no issue of job security to some extent. They have good projects where you will gain very great technology experiences.
Cons: Getting the right domain project for a fresher is a bit challenging. They mostly give different locations to freshers who join from campus.
