Girls have a slight advantage in this matter due to company policies. They might ask a few simple programming questions to ensure you know coding and are not bluffing.

The profile for which they hire is also critical in determining the questions they might ask, so prepare yourself well according to the job description.

The HR round is pretty generic. They'll ask simple questions about what you think of the company and other topics.
