The first round was a test with CoCubes. It was easy if you have solved Indiabix and RS Aggarwal.
The second round was a Group Discussion (GD).
I was eliminated in the second round.
However, the third round would have been technical, with questions asked from the resume.

You will be working on the same tasks as other people, no matter if you have the least experience.
Seniors and managers guide you throughout.
Cons: The salary is very low when compared to other organizations, and there are no "goodies." Finding the right HR person to talk about salary and other matters is also very difficult. You won't know who your HR is. The HR management is not good.
