It was an online and easy process. It comprised two rounds: Technical and HR. The Technical round was easy, and the interviewer asked about my resume projects on a high level. The HR interview was also quick and easy.

Pros: Had a great team. It is a service-based company, so experience might differ project to project.
Cons: My project had bad management, but I don't think that affects the company.
Increment, as per my knowledge, is slightly lower for freshers.
