The interview process had two rounds: LR and a technical interview. Both were easy, and only basic questions were asked. As a fresher, this was the case, but for experienced candidates, it might differ.

Pros: There is a bit of flexibility. Normally, you can enter between 8:00 AM and 9:30 AM and leave between 5:15 PM and 6:45 PM, except on Fridays, when everyone enters at 8:00 AM and leaves at 3:00 PM. There are also meal vouchers: €100 per month.
Cons: Working a lot, earning little. It's quite stressful.
