The entire process was very easy, but the eligibility criteria are 60% throughout academics and no gaps in education. (Sometimes a Group Discussion also takes place depending on the strength of candidates.)

Pros: Plenty of opportunity for self-development. You will work in consulting, selling Microsoft 365 products (SharePoint, etc.).
Cons: Not really, you can even WFH most days. Maybe your software engineering career will stagnate since you’re working with no-code / low-code. Salary is lower.
