Called for a face-to-face interview on weekends. It was like a walk-in once I arrived. I waited for 2-3 hours. Then, it was a telephonic interview with members from different parts of the country. They did not have our resumes. They just asked, "Tell me about yourself." I'm not sure if they heard what we were speaking. They asked the same questions to all interview attendees. I answered almost all the questions but still got rejected. I'm not sure on what basis they are recruiting. One of the recruiters over there said that I don't have sufficient experience required for the job position. They wasted my complete weekend after shortlisting my profile. Worst interview, don't go with any hope.
