I was told I would have an interview on so-and-so. Then, I was waiting at that time and got an email stating, "We can't interview." Sorry.
I then called and emailed everyone possible, but no one resolved my query.
After a few weeks, I again got an email for an interview, and they only conducted it for two minutes and left.

Pros: Capgemini allows you to professionally train in parallel with the development of your tasks as an employee.
The work environment is excellent and they are very concerned with activities to improve it.
Cons: I don't find any disadvantages at the moment.
