Company kept devs when automotive clients broke contracts. Pleasant training budget.
Cons: Project depended on experience in the company. Interns are mostly thrown into projects with old technologies and bad clients.
There was slow salary progress, with a maximum of 10% per year cycle.
The company pushed for hybrid work, with 50% in-office and 50% remote.
