Pros: Good company to work for. They pay well, better than some service-based companies for freshers, if you are starting in the corporate world.

Pros: Many efforts are being made regarding employee well-being.
Remote work 4 days/week.
Many different projects and the possibility to change projects or even roles.
Many events, workshops... that everyone can participate in.
Many activities and works council benefits.
In my case: a first experience that allowed me to learn a lot, without pressure, a climate of trust.
Cons: A salary lower than the market rate. It remains a very large company, so it seems more difficult to feel integrated, a feeling of being drowned in a large mass of information.

Cons: Salary growth is relatively slow compared to market standards. Project allocation can sometimes be random, and bench time may stretch longer than expected. Internal mobility is possible but not always smooth. Work-life balance depends heavily on the project and client.
