Process
The interview process generally includes:
- An initial quantitative test and logical reasoning section, which are very easy.
- An English essay.
- A technical round.
- Some paper formalities.
- An HR interview.
Overall, they don't ask anything technical. I even thought the person conducting my technical interview had been doing paperwork for years (a very long story to support this). All students get placed (except me, due to a three-year education gap caused by my very bad health).
