Process
It consisted of an online test. General aptitude questions were asked, followed by TR and HR. If you cleared the online test, you were eligible for further rounds. After the online test, there was essay writing on some random topic. The time allotted was 30 minutes.

Pros: Has an open environment for people who like to be in a free and fun area. It also has workers who are willing to help and motivate you. Benefits are great, as they provide packages for new hires and bonuses for experienced employees.
Cons: The experience may be great as a fresh starting experience, but the salary offer will likely not be as much if you are starting as an employee. Although, once you've attained at least 1 year of experience, the offer does get better.
