We had to give an aptitude test, followed by a group discussion, and then the personal interview.

The aptitude test included long passages, graphical interpretation sums, and trigonometry sums. It covered almost all chapters from R.S. Aggarwal.

Group discussion topics were random. For example: will corporate sponsorship revive sports in India, will the Modi government be corruption-free, media, privatization, etc.

The interview was mostly HR, but in my panel, it was more technical. Only basic HR was asked. If your basics are strong, this shouldn't be a problem.
