Pros: Overall, the onboarding process was smooth. The onboarding team was helpful and friendly, which helped reduce first-day nervousness. They provided a virtual tour of the company and introduced us to the company's policies, work ethics, and other extracurricular activities.
Cons: There is a lot of information shared on the first day, which can feel overwhelming.

Pros: A really diverse workplace. As a multinational, you'll meet many employees. It is a really big place. Also, according to your performance, you'll get the chance to grow in positions fast, since the company is constantly looking to hire more SEs and will need more team managers. So, it offers a good chance at inside growth.
Cons: A company that is always looking forward to deliver fast, at the expense of their own employees' work-life balance, which is well expressed in the culture of the workplace.
