Pros: Good environment, amazing people, great career progression.

Cons: I have no cons so far.

Pros: Avantages sociaux et télétravail

Cons: Il n'y a rien à signaler.

Pros: Capgemini offers graduates a good start in the tough day-to-day project reality. The camaraderie within the team is collegial and communication with superiors is relaxed.

Cons: For me, career development didn't fit. Regardless of whether I drag my butt to work every day and do things by the book, or as I do – emphasized multiple times by management – "outperform": salary development and promotions to higher grades are the same in both cases. Lately, it has increased that fresh graduates are compensated at approximately the same level for higher grades. Furthermore, employees in a ten-year-old stack with waterfall-like processes of Niagara Falls proportions are being burned... Here, it's clearly "feature over quality."
