The interview was simple and had two stages.

First was an aptitude test with basic math problems. The second stage involved writing an essay on a computer-generated topic.

Also, there was a telephonic round where basic sentences in either an American or some other accent were spoken, and you had to repeat them back to the phone (a computer-generated call).

Lastly, after getting through this round, a few days later, we had a telephonic interview where basic personality questions were asked and other details discussed.
