Two technical rounds and one manager round, followed by an HR round. Each technical round was 45 minutes. All questions were on Oracle SQL and PL/SQL. The interview was good, and all rounds were completed on the same day. An offer letter was received a couple of weeks later.

Pros: I am really happy to be a part of Capgemini. Even during the COVID-19 pandemic, they allowed us to join virtually, which is a good initiative. The training is given virtually, and we are able to follow along. As I am a fresher, I need to explore more about the company. My virtual training has been very good.
Cons: As of now, I don't have any cons about the company.

Pros: Capgemini is a good company for freshers to learn and enhance their skills.
Cons: Capgemini does not give the opportunity to choose which field you want to work on.
Salary increment is very low.
