First, they had an aptitude test consisting of aptitude, logical reasoning, and verbal sections. The questions were simple, but time was limited, so you had to hurry up, which built up pressure. Once you qualified the aptitude, there was a GD session on the same day. The moderator was very polite.

The results were declared that same day for the interview, and it was carried out the next day.

My PI went on for an hour; it included technical questions as well as some logical reasoning questions. The interviewer was cooperative. So, just be confident in what you are answering. Also, good communication skills help.
