Pros: Capgemini offers a strong community culture that values diversity and inclusion, especially for women in STEM. We have a close-knit community within the I&D Women's network with plenty of socials and support available.
The opportunities for growth and learning are extensive, with access to a wide range of resources and training programs. As a degree apprentice, the work-life balance is generally good, and the flexibility in work arrangements is a significant advantage.
The collaborative environment encourages innovation, and teamwork makes it an inspiring place to work. Compensation and benefits are also competitive and match industry standards.
Cons: Workload can vary significantly across projects, leading to periods of intense work followed by slower periods.
