Pros: 1. Best place for freshers to start their new journey in corporate.
Cons: 1. People are not informative for freshers.
(Seniors do not provide full information)
2. During joining, HR sends emails to accept the offer and expects a reply within 30 minutes, which is very little time for a fresher.
3. No permanent work from home. (Hybrid mode is like work from office because employees are thousands of kilometers away from home, so they cannot visit home and have to work from their rooms).
4. Some employees are from villages where Wi-Fi is not available. They have to use mobile hotspots and cannot claim expenses for that.
