Capgemini at Magarpatta Tower 8 has the worst recruiter panels. They don't have any coordination between the various teams. They don't know for which process and technologies the recruitment is going on.

They behaved very unprofessionally. They called us to the Magarpatta location but later realized that the interviews were for the Hinjewadi location. We were devastated by their management.

Later on, they took interviews on our personal mobile phones just for formalities.

For a Dot Net candidate, they asked questions on Photoshop and CSS. It was a huge mess, and their behavior was not good enough. A very disappointing experience.
