Pros: Spacious office, remote work available.
Cons: After the pandemic, the company reached a nasty level of communication. Almost every engineer is jobless, forcing them to leave. There were lots and hell lots of lies from senior managers. They are playing a blame game, and government rules prohibit them from laying people off, so a new game has begun.
They just apply every soap drama method to make employees leave.
I left, and for good. Mental harassment is one word for it.
