Process
There were two rounds: TR followed by HR.
In the TR round, the panel mostly tried to get an overall idea of how far my knowledge stretched in the Computer Science field, being an ECE student. Even though I was not very well-versed technically, they preferred to send me to the next round because of my confidence and communication skills.
The HR round focused on my family background and how I was technically suitable for Capgemini and the job description.
