After applying, they invited me straight to a final interview with tests, etc. I passed all tests with the highest marks and answered all questions correctly. The whole process felt smooth. In the end, they had to choose between me and another candidate, and they chose him, despite him not passing all tests, etc. They said they chose him because apparently, on my presentation "about myself," I hadn't answered a couple of questions irrelevant to the job role. I explained that they invited me to the final interview straight away, and the areas, topics, and questions to cover were discussed in initial interviews to which I was not invited. Therefore, I was simply unaware, as those questions were nowhere mentioned.
They still said there was nothing they could do, apparently.
The interviewers also seemed unprofessional. There were three of them, and during my presentation, two were on their phones, and the third guy was trying to listen, but I don't think he cared.
