Following a brief phone call, there was an assessment. It was very long and detailed. I had a question about what they were expecting in terms of language, but the recruiter never responded.
I ended up rescinding my application due to time constraints and a lack of detail. The recruiter replied with a snarky remark.

Pros: A good company to work for. It has several incentive programs for growth and many projects to work on.
Cons: Making measurement reports in an Excel file every month to prove your activities, having to enter each task link one by one.
Without much feedback or progress tracking, moving up in rank is something very time-consuming to evaluate, even though there are goal programs.
