Cons: A lot of people are put on the beach. You are asked to change domains if they don't find a project even after experience.

Cons: Major Medical Expenses Insurance: The policy depends on the band you are assigned or have within the company. With certain bands, you cannot enroll your family (spouse and children). Savings Fund: The same applies to the savings fund; it is only granted to certain bands. Recently, they had a certain number of parking spaces in the basement and decided to remove them to assign them to a certain type of employee and by business unit, thus leaving two parking spaces per business unit. To date, some of the assigned parking spaces are not even used, putting those who go to the office at a disadvantage.
