Pros: 1. The place is excellent with big blocks of gardens, so much space to walk. 2. Cafeterias provide a wide variety of food for a reasonable price. 3. The gym is one of the best I have seen. You should definitely go there. No proper trainers though. 4. People are more chilled out here. You will feel at ease. 5. The place is filled with greenery. 6. Timings are manageable, if you know how. 7. Management totally depends on your project.

Cons: 1. Low salary. If it was good, I would have never got out of that place. 2. Staffing partners are not that friendly.
