Capgemini held a walk-in on the 16th of 2018, and over 400 people appeared.
They don't know how to handle this many people. Six months back, I also attended, and the same thing happened.
They let people wait until the evening. They will have three to four panels and then realize that it is not possible to interview everyone. Then they say they will call to schedule interviews, and that is the end of recruiting.
They don't learn from mistakes. Every time the same thing happens, and they still call for walk-ins.
DO NOT GO FOR WALK-INS. IT'S A WASTE OF TIME.
