The first stage involved a technical/managerial round. I have cracked all these rounds. However, after document upload, HR told me to give the AMCAT test. If this test is passed, then and only then will they release an offer; otherwise, they will not give an offer.

If you want to give an offer based on the AMCAT test, why waste the candidate's time on the interview process?
