Good place to work
Solutions Architect • Former Employee
Toronto, Ontario, Canada
May 12, 2018
Pros: I worked at Capgemini for 8.5 years. It’s a very nice place to work and grow at lower levels, below manager levels. There are a lot of diversified opportunities, and it's easy to approach high-level management, who are open to discussing views.
Cons: Few drawbacks are not easy to move between service lines. At and above manager levels, expectations are different, including sales, revenue management, and people leadership, along with technical delivery.
As with any other consulting company, at Capgemini, it is also expected to spend more than regular hours.
