I appeared for Capgemini for a Java Tech Lead position in February 2017 and cleared all the rounds. The interview process included an online test, two technical rounds, and one HR round. All the rounds were easy.

HR stated that they would initiate further processing for offer generation within the next week. It has been over one month, and I haven't received any email. HR called a couple of times asking if I was still interested in the offer. Recently, they called again and asked me to redo the entire process, from the online test to HR, as the previous opening was for a different client, but they now need someone for another client.

This is strange that for each client, they are repeating the entire process within one month for a resource with over 9 years of experience. I strongly doubt their professionalism and recruitment process.

Both tech rounds were easy.
