Process
They have a very bad interview process. They don't read the CV properly and then call people for interviews. After making them wait for 2-3 hours, the interviewer called me, read my CV, and told me that they need automation-experienced people, whereas I have manual testing experience. I told him that nowhere in my CV did I mention having automation experience, so why did they call me for an interview? I didn't get any proper explanation, only lame excuses.
